Tractors YES to FAQ:
Do not slip/ride the clutch (like driving a car) as this will result in abnormal wear of the clutch plates which would normally have a life span of approx 800 hours plus.
Our tractors are not recommended for constant 4WD mode unless traction is lost and tyres are actually slipping.
Never operate in 4WD on a paved surface, roads or any non slippery surface. Bind up damage will occur (no differential between front and rear axles) if the tyres cannot slip, 4WD mode must be disengaged immediately when tyres stop slipping.
It is normal for the little front wheels in 4WD mode to out run the big rear wheels...... which means they have to slip, otherwise torque damage may occur. The following procedures for 4WD operations must be followed:

REMEMBER: 4WD mode must be disengaged immediately when tyres stop slipping, otherwise bind up damage may occur.
